1. This website sets no cookies

There is no consent banner on mewvie.com because there is nothing to consent to. We do not set cookies, we do not use browser storage to identify anybody, and we run no analytics, advertising tags or session recording on it. The pricing calculator asks our own API for the current rates; nothing else is loaded from another site.

2. What is unavoidably processed when you visit

Every request carries an IP address, the address of the page, the time and the browser's user-agent. Our servers and the network in front of them (Cloudflare) record them in access logs to keep the site available and stop abuse. They are not used to profile anybody and are kept only as long as that needs. The basis is our legitimate interest in a working website (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare may set a technical cookie of its own while telling people from bots during an attack; it carries nothing about you.

3. The dashboard and the app

• The dashboard at dash.mewvie.com keeps your sign-in token and small preferences in the browser's local storage, and the state of unfinished uploads so they can resume. Signing out removes the token.
• The app keeps your sign-in tokens in the phone's secure storage, a push token from Apple or Google, the state of uploads, and your preferences. It sends product analytics as described in section 3.4 of our Privacy Policy.

4. The player in our customers' apps

Videos play inside our customers' apps and sites. Delivering them sets no cookie: every request carries its own short-lived signed link. What a customer's own site stores is that customer's business and is covered by its own notice.
